WHO WE ARE

WE ARE REBELS

We know life on the road isn’t easy, so it’s our mission to enhance it.
We know “working hours” don’t apply when traveling, so we’re here when needed.
We know things won’t always go as planned, so we’re ready to problem solve.
We know our work is fast paced and demanding, but we wouldn’t want it any other way.
We thrive in a premiere service environment and blow our competition away

We are Road Rebel.

We believe in people moving people. Our mission is to do this in a way that redefines the travel industry to enhance life on the road. In order to achieve this at the highest level, we must be clear on who we are, where we’re going and what it takes to be a Rebel. Our Philosophies are meant to provide a clear picture of how we do this and to help ensure that our team is aligned with our values and inspired by our culture.

OUR PRINCIPLES

PROTECT THE SLA

WE ARE AS STRONG AS THE PROMISES WE KEEP.

Every SLA is a promise. Each one is comprised of integrity and personal ownership that defines a commitment to our clients, and each other. It is our job to protect our SLAs and keep our word every step of the way.

When we are realistic, market specific and send our absolute best, our clients know they cannot achieve better results on their own. We take pride in this knowledge. To create checks and balances, we consistently measure our own work against each SLA to ensure the highest standards.

PRODUCTIVE COMMUNICATION

TOMORROW IS SHAPED BY HOW WE COMMUNICATE TODAY.

Through open communication, we collaborate with appropriate parties to streamline conversations and further define each person’s responsibilities. Result-driven dialogue carves pathways for common goals to be achieved with velocity. We consistently encourage others to communicate in similar ways so they too can achieve excellence.

We lead by example, creating a culture of integrity where we do what we say. We can also admit to our failures because we have a strong sense of character. Our honest conversations with constructive feedback come from a place of good intentions, helping us to develop and grow.

MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS

RELATIONSHIPS GROW WHEN THEY ARE NURTURED.

Rebels enjoy getting to know each other and creating meaningful relationships. Morale and productivity soar when we are authentic with ourselves and others. We actively remain present and inclusive so we can embrace our differences. And each time a Rebel does a good job, we celebrate it loudly and proudly. All of this makes our people our competitive advantage.

By fostering harmonious teams, a trust in and commitment to our Philosophies (our mission, vision, values and principles) ensue. We practice these guidelines daily through self-reflection and when Rebels align with our Philosophies, we applaud their efforts.

FAIL FORWARD

WE OWN WHAT WE DO, INCLUDING OUR MISTAKES

Mistakes are how Rebels grow. Our lessons aren’t in learning to be perfect, but in admitting to and recovering from our errors. Each mistake comes with a “why” and “how” so we can understand what happened and not do it again. Because we look for the bigger picture as we develop ourselves and others, ignoring mistakes is not an option. If a pattern emerges, we will dig deeper to uncover its greater meaning.

Whether it’s us or a teammate who makes a mistake, how we move forward together indicates our success. That’s why we value honest communication and celebrate “aha” moments when we overcome obstacles.

TRUST THE PROCESS

OUR PLAN IS THAT WE ALWAYS HAVE ONE.

Rebels may not have a full view into all our decisions and directions. But our people are our strongest resources, so understanding our process and contributing solution-oriented ideas are vital. As we work toward a common goal – the growth of our organization – it’s important to ask questions and listen to answers with an open mind. This way, we can identify challenges, find better ways of doing things and teach reasoning to others.

If we don’t ask why and share opinions constructively, we are not contributing. This is why the Sales Team asks why – to create and define opportunities to help our organization grow.
