To manage all this we have a big team with us at any stop of our tour. In addition to our own crew we also have the riders and the officials. Of course all of them need to be accomodated. In our early days we did the entire planning and booking process by ourselves. That meant a lot of extra work as you can imagine.
In the beginning we did not expect Road Rebel would be able to fulfill our special needs and negotiate better terms than those that we negotiated on our own, especially according to the cancelling terms which we need for our events. But their services and achievements on negotiating new and better terms was strongly convincing.

We have now worked on two large European co-productions with Road Rebel, that have required significant cast and crew accommodation throughout Germany, Belgium and Austria.
Not only have the prices been below our budget, but also their experience in negotiating down cancellation charges, has enabled us to make the last minute changes without being heavily penalized.
Road Rebel, and in particular Halle, was available 24/7 before, during and after production to ensure that our ever-changing and demanding schedule went as smooth as possible.
We were unsure how involved Road Rebel would be and didn’t know how they would “act as an extension to the production team”, like they mentioned. From our experiences, we know that they are true to their word, and have treated us as one of their family.
